

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Guest are encouraged to purchase Travel Insurance
In the event Guest wishes to cancel their reservations for any reason, Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and a $75.00 processing / administrative fees are non-refundable.
If the cancellation occurs within:
Sixty days or longer before arrival: 100% of amount paid will be refunded (minus the Processing / Administration Fee).
Thirty to Sixty days before arrival: 50% of amount paid will be refunded. In the event any cancellation dates are booked by another party, 100% of amount paid for those dates will be refunded (minus the Processing / Administration Fee).
Thirty days up to arrival date: No refund. In the event any cancellation dates are booked by another party, 100% of amount paid for those dates will be refunded (minus the Processing / Administration Fee).
If Guest is able to find an agreeable substitute new guests for the same time period, the entire rental amount will be refunded with the exception of the administration fees mentioned above. Owner may help look for new guests, but it is not the obligation of the Owner to find them.
